Sanqiang PVS·PY series pulsating vacuum pass-through steam sterilizer

The pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilizing agent. Repeated pressure cycles remove cold air from the chamber so steam penetrates the entire load surface, including lumens and textile packs. High-temperature pressurised steam kills all microorganisms and their spores — the most effective physical sterilization method.

The process ends with vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket drying, leaving the load dry and ready for transfer to the clean zone. The pass-through design with doors on both sides separates the decontamination area from the packing area, a requirement for central sterile supply departments that eliminates re-contamination risk.

The unit fully meets CSSD and GMP specifications. PVS·PY, PVS·SJ and PVS·JD variants differ in chamber layout and steam supply.
