A horizontal steam sterilizer with cylindrical chamber and front door, for CSSDs and high-throughput laboratories. The horizontal layout simplifies loading of baskets and trays on a transfer trolley without lifting instruments between levels.
The cycle includes vacuum, saturated steam exposure and jacket-assisted vacuum drying, leaving the load dry and ready for storage. Control is PLC-based with a touch screen logging every cycle.
