A pre-vacuum benchtop autoclave for sterilizing wrapped and unwrapped instruments in settings with high hygiene requirements — dental, ophthalmic and treatment rooms, operating theatres, dialysis and delivery rooms.

The unit features an automatic door lock, an LCD user interface and microprocessor control. The full cycle — vacuum, water fill, heat-up, pressure release, exhaust, drying and power-off — runs automatically without operator intervention.

Pre-vacuum removes cold air from the chamber so saturated steam penetrates the load quickly. This is essential for lumened instruments and textile packs, which a gravity cycle cannot handle reliably.
