Mekoda BDJ series rigid nasal endoscope

BDJ series nasal endoscopes are core diagnostic equipment for ENT practices and instrumentation for endoscopic sinus surgery. The most widely used 4.0 mm diameter gives the brightest image in adults; 2.7 and 3.0 mm variants suit narrow nasal cavities and paediatric patients.

Four directions of view are available. The 0° optic serves axial assessment and instrument introduction, 30° is the standard in sinus surgery, and 45° and 70° give access to the frontal and maxillary sinuses not visible along the insertion axis.

Working lengths of 110, 140 and 175 mm are matched to the surgical technique. The optics work with the Mekoda camera system and standard light guide connections.
