Sanqiang fast biological indicator reader

A biological indicator is the only proof that spores have been killed, and therefore the only confirmation of sterilization efficacy. Classic incubation takes 24 hours, which in practice means releasing loads before the result is known. The fast reader shortens readout to 30 minutes for hydrogen peroxide plasma, 60 minutes for steam and 180 minutes for ethylene oxide.

The device supports indicators for steam, ethylene oxide, plasma and formaldehyde sterilization. Incubation temperature is factory-set: 58 ±2°C for plasma and steam, 37 ±2°C for ethylene oxide.

The interface shows each channel status independently, incubation countdown and result. A status light ring allows recognising the operating state without looking at the screen, and incubation time and temperature are displayed simultaneously in real time. Multiple interface languages are available.
