Stainless steel instrument cleaning tank

The manual cleaning station is the pre-treatment stage before machine washing and the primary equipment where a washer-disinfector does not cover a given range.

Two layouts are available. The four-tank method covers initial wash, enzymatic wash, disinfection in 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde and rinse. The five-tank method adds a separate wash after the enzymatic bath: initial wash, enzymatic wash, wash, disinfection and rinse.

The structure is stainless steel; tank dimensions, worktop height and number of stations are matched to the room after a site survey.
