Instrument transfer trolley

The transfer trolley moves instruments, trays and baskets between CSSD zones and between the CSSD and the operating theatre. Maintaining separation of clean and contaminated loads requires dedicated trolleys per zone; labelling and zone assignment are part of the procedure.

The frame is stainless steel with shelves whose turned-up edges prevent trays from sliding off. Braked castors allow the trolley to be locked during loading.

Open two- and three-shelf versions are available, as well as enclosed versions with doors for transporting sterile loads outside the CSSD.
