✨ NewExpertSanqiang SQ-E3 industrial ethylene oxide chamber
Large-scale EO chamber, 3 m³, for device manufacturers and high-volume CSSD.
Low-temperature sterilization handles everything that must not be exposed to saturated steam: rigid and flexible optics, fibre-optic cables, plastic and silicone instruments, probes and electronics. The choice of method depends primarily on device geometry and acceptable cycle time. Hydrogen peroxide plasma offers the shortest cycle and leaves no toxic residue, ethylene oxide penetrates the deepest channels and long lumens, formaldehyde combines good penetration with low cycle cost, and peracetic acid suits immersible instruments. We match the method to the facility's actual instrument inventory, not the other way round.
Hydrogen peroxide plasma completes a cycle in 30–60 minutes and needs no aeration, but has limits with long, narrow lumens. Ethylene oxide penetrates virtually any geometry, but the cycle with aeration takes many hours and requires a dedicated, ventilated room. Facilities with large endoscope inventories usually run both.
Mechanical ventilation exhausting outside the building, ethylene oxide concentration detection and a dedicated aeration zone. The scope of installation work is determined during a site survey before ordering.
Yes. All models log cycle parameters and print a report; selected models export data over USB, allowing integration with the hospital instrument tracking system.
