Sanqiang endoscope cleaning workstation

The workstation is intended for cleaning flexible endoscopes — gastroscopes, colonoscopes, sigmoidoscopes, rectoscopes, laryngoscopes and bronchoscopes — rigid endoscopes such as hysteroscopes, laparoscopes, rhinoscopes and cystoscopes, and for cleaning and disinfecting surgical instruments.

The line consists of successive stations: first wash, main wash, ultrasonic bath, rinse, disinfection, final rinse and drying table. Each station has a high-pressure water gun, air gun, perfusion device and automatic timer; the ultrasonic station adds a tank with generator.

The layout is matched to room geometry — straight, L-shaped and U-shaped variants are available. The configuration maintains one-way flow from the dirty to the clean zone.
