Sanqiang flexible endoscope washer-disinfector

A fully automatic washer-disinfector for flexible endoscopes, designed and manufactured to WS 507, GB/T 3526 and GB 30689 endoscope cleaning and disinfection standards. It processes gastroscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, laryngoscopes and other flexible endoscopes.

The process covers flushing of all endoscope channels, enzymatic cleaning, high-level disinfection, final rinse with treated water and channel air-purging. Channel patency is monitored during the cycle — loss of flow in any channel stops the process and raises an alarm.

Final rinse requires water below 15 µS/cm conductivity and below 10 CFU/100 ml, produced by a reverse-osmosis station with a 0.2 µm final filter. The station is selected together with the washer according to local water hardness.
