Sanqiang SQ-KX-490 automatic washer-disinfector

The washer-disinfector combines washing, thermal disinfection and drying of surgical instruments, glass and plastic items from operating theatres, outpatient clinics, ICUs and other hospital departments. It is designed for fast, safe and economical processing of contaminated, high-volume, high-cleanliness items.

Six programmes are available: fast enzymatic cleaning, standard cleaning, thermal disinfection cleaning, chemical cleaning, fast thermal disinfection and deep drying. The enzymatic cycle takes 35 minutes, closing the instrument loop between procedures. Detergents are dosed automatically from a 1.6-litre container behind the right-hand door.

Construction covers the wash and disinfection chamber, spray system, loading trolley, heating and drying systems, circulation pump, peristaltic pump, fan, and PLC control with colour touch screen and printer. Double doors separate clean from unclean zones, and a self-diagnostic system monitors safe operation. Eight standard washing baskets are processed per load.
