Sanqiang ultrasonic cleaning machine

The ultrasonic washer uses cavitation in the cleaning liquid to accelerate dissolution and detachment of dust, protein, grease and other soil from internal and blind holes in instruments. The method offers short cleaning time, high effectiveness where water jets cannot reach, no surface damage and reduced labour.

The vibrating plate is made of 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel electroplated with 100 µm hard chrome. The reinforced working surface extends service life. Drive is based on a new electronic circuit with thyristor power control, giving precise and repeatable process control.

Microprocessor control with memory retains the last parameter set. The integrated design needs no separate bracket for the control box, simplifying installation and operation.
